Ans: Yes. Aside from a 30-day satisfaction guarantee and one year drop
warranty, we also offer a lifetime warranty with every ZAMAHA product
purchased from us. All ZAMAHA shears are carefully welded part by part and hand
honed for the absolute best performance and durability. ZAMAHA shears are made
from the highest quality parts and guaranteed to work free of faulty
workmanship and/or parts for life. Our shears are designed to last and be
sharpened over and over. Shears that have been abused/damaged by a
non-authorized sharpener, shears that have been poorly maintained, misused
and/or over-worn will not be covered. It is extremely important to care for
your shears and maintain them as outlined in the care and maintenance section
of this website in order to receive full service.
Q3: Is there a
refund/exchange policy?
Ans: Yes. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. The product(s) must
not be damaged or show signs of excessive wear or abuse. If any product(s) is
being returned an email must be sent to us prior to returning so we can reply
back with return instructions along with a return authorization number. Please
remember that all orders MUST be shipped back within 30 days of purchase
in order for us to issue a refund
or exchange.
